Birth

 Includes:

• Free Consultation 
• Two prenatal visits where I will help you with creating a birth plan and discuss pain relief exercises, etc.
• I will provide tailored Birth Affirmations if desired and keep notes of the details of your birth to help put together your Birth Story afterwards.
• Attendance at the birth as your doula and will stay as needed after baby is born.
• Phone and text support from time of hire until 6 months Postpartum
• One Postpartum visit and New Mama gift bag

Postpartum 

                 Includes:

• Free Consultation​
• Help with cleaning, preparing meals, childcare, lactation (basic), errands etc. Basically whatever you need!​
• Text and phone support up to 6 months after baby arrives.​ New Mama gift bag.
